Tc9d1d9## Shell Over Reticulum

The Ta5d6ff`rnsh` program lets you establish fully interactive remote shell sessions over Reticulum. It also allows you to pipe any program to or from a remote system, and is similar to how the ``ssh`` program works.

Tc9d1d9### Local Installation

If you do not have access to the Internet, or would prefer to install Ta5d6ff`rnsh` directly from this RNode, you can use the following instructions.

Tff7b72- If you do not have an Internet connection while installing make sure to install the [Tff7b72Reticulum](Te6edf3./s_rns.html) package first

Tff7b72- Download the [Tff7b72{PKG_BASE_rnsh}](Te6edf3{ASSET_PATH}{PKG_rnsh}) package from this RNode and unzip it

Tff7b72- Install it with the command Ta5d6ff`pip install ./{PKG_NAME_rnsh}`

Tff7b72- Verify the installed Ta5d6ff`rnsh` version by running Ta5d6ff`rnsh --version`

Tc9d1d9### Online Installation

If you are connected to the Internet, you can try to install the latest version of Ta5d6ff`rnsh` via the Ta5d6ff`pip` package manager.

Tff7b72- Install Ta5d6ff`rnsh` by running the command Ta5d6ff`pip install rnsh`

Tff7b72- Verify the installed Ta5d6ff`rnsh` version by running Ta5d6ff`rnsh --version`
